Section 69A of the Information Technology ACT  Says that the Central and State governments have the power to issue directions “to interrupt, monitor or decrypt any information generated, transmitted, received or stored in any computer resource”. in simple words, it means all the information and data of Indian users is safe and secure, and cannot be shared with any other countries. It works as a safeguard for users that provides all safety and security to the data of Indians. Only the government of India has the power and authority to monitor, decrypt, transmitted, or stored any computer.

The Information Technology of India says that Krafton ( publisher and developer of BGMI ) leaks the data of Indian users to China through the BGMI game. BGMI hacks the system of the user and leaked your data and information. The Government of India banned it because of national security reasons.
